I tried to setup WhatsApp business and when I realized it used the same system of authentication as regular WhatsApp I gave up. I really want this to work with my business 800 number and to be able to have accounts that login using username and password for my employees but it doesn’t seem to be able to do that.

After installing all you get is the regular WhatsApp sign in using a phone number that has to be a mobile. This doesn’t seem useful at all. Maybe for small businesses but then why not just use WhatsApp. I hope they add all of these useful functionality in the future.

Well, can only sign up with mobile number. I do not understand how this is “business”. Can someone, that knows what business’s are using on daily basis, write this app properly please?

A good idea in theory but not so much in practice. It’s just the same as regular WhatsApp, meaning customers need to have your number saved in their phone to contact you. This platform would work much better if the regular WhatsApp had some sort of ‘local business’ list or a way to search for local businesses that use WhatsApp so they can contact you hassle free without having to know your number and add you as a contact.

Being such company and still using old functions isnt good at all. MSN messenger ten years ago had features that WA Business still doesnt have. Please do a real update, you already have the technology and whats needed

WhatsApp Business – It says my phone number is not autorized. I guess the app is limited to certain countries. I don’t see the point when big companies do this. Its furstrating to sit and watch a technology but can not use it.

Its definitely not for business. It does the same as the normal one. I wnted to make a usernames for my workers,and be the admin, but it only takes phone number.

If it was more secure a d not easy to hack it would be great. Ive found a couple of unauthorized use of my accnt with untraceable adresses.

It turns out you can’t use same mobile number for whatsapp and whatsapp business. Now I can’t use my 10 years old mobile number on either apps. I can’t even migrate number on whatsapp business. This apps is stupid and raw idea

It either says the number inputted is wrong or doesn’t have access to the app

It says my number doesn’t have access to the app. Is it in closed beta or restricted to certain countries?

Why my wa business apps can not labelling the chat? I cant finding the label button

Wont let me do anything at all unless it has full access to my contacts list. Cant build a new client list, cant do anything.
